Shipping, Refund, & Returns Policy
Shipping
We currently offer shipping to addresses within the U.S.A. Purchases made before 2PM EST will ship out the same day. Arrival time may vary depending on the service selected. For California residents please read before you purchase www.p65warnings.ca.gov
We typically ship our items through the USPS or UPS mail services. Our most common method of shipping is UPS Ground, and USPS Ground Advantage.
Free shipping is offered on orders over $125 USD.
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer;
- For us to ship out an item, you must place your order though our website, we will not take orders or payments via phone or email. You have to be the one to plug in your shipping address.
- If we receive an invalid shipping address, we hold the right to cancel your order.
- We DO NOT refund the cost of a shipping label, no matter the reason for cancellation on your end.
Returns
Returns must be approved by us and should be initiated by contacting us via email. You will need a copy of your receipt, and order number. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Returns cannot be processed over the phone.
Discounted Items are final sale! We will not accept returns!
In most cases it is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping label. We DO NOT accept all return cases.
We cannot accept returns if;
- The item bag is opened
- The item has wrench marks, or other damages.
- The Item is missing parts or is incorrect!
If you are unsure whether your item meets these criteria, please send us a picture of your item when you reach out.
Refunds
Once the item is received by us (it must be in the condition we previously described) we can then process the refund.
**If the item is not in the qualified described condition, we hold the right to issue a partial refund by charging a restocking fee of 50%! **
We cannot issue refunds to any account, card, or bank account other than the one used for the original order.
We will send confirmation of your refund once we process it. Please note, depending on your bank, it may take up to a week to post on your card statement.
